About the Role

A brand specializing in bridal collections and designer ethnic wear, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee showroom operations, manage the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in bridal wear, ethnic fashion, designer boutiques or premium fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales and fashion consultant team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Handle premium customers and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory, stock management and product availability.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Manage customer queries, feedback and escalations.
• Track sales reports, team performance and business growth.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and business updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.
• Prior experience in bridal wear, ethnic wear, designer boutiques or premium fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bridal collections, lehengas, sarees and designer ethnic wear.
• Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and showroom operations.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to drive business growth.
