• Strong understanding of the Solar / Renewable Energy industry.

• Good understanding of Solar EPC projects and overall project lifecycle.

• Experience in B2C project sales.

• Strong lead generation and business development capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

• Excellent relationship management and client-handling skills.

• Ability to independently generate, manage and convert business leads.

• Strong target orientation and business acumen.

• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings and market visits.

• Ability to prepare and explain commercial proposals.

• Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
