What You’ll Do

• Prepare Continental breakfast and café dishes as per SOPs.

• Handle pasta, sandwiches, salads, starters, sauces, sides \& plating.

• Ensure excellent taste, quality, presentation \& portion control.

• Maintain mise en place and service readiness during busy hours.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO/FEFO \& kitchen SOPs.

• Maintain a clean workstation and control food wastage.

• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team.

We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years’ experience in Café / Continental cuisine.

• Strong experience in Continental breakfast and café operations.

• Good knowledge of Hot \& Cold Kitchen.

• Passionate, disciplined, fast and team-oriented.
