About this job
- Data entry and maintaining company records
- Maintaining books and day-to-day accounting entries
- Preparing and maintaining bills, invoices and supporting documents
- Follow-up with vendors for bills, invoices and material-related documents
- Coordinating with supervisors/site teams for material challans, inward/outward entries and documentation
- Maintaining purchase, material and vendor records
- Following up on pending payments, bills and documentation
- Maintaining Excel sheets and other MIS reports
- General office administration and documentation
- Coordinating between office, vendors and project sites
- Pay
- ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
