Sr. Project Manager ( Electrical Projects)

Client Management

• Coordination \& Follow-ups: Liaise with contractors, project managers, and the finance team to clear vendor invoices and secure timely payments.

Software: Strong command of MS Excel

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and understanding tender terms.

• Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final project bills for clients and subcontractors based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

• Site Measurement: Take and verify physical on-site measurements with site engineers to ensure claims match completed work

• Rate Analysis: Calculate rates for extra or non-BOQ items and perform material reconciliation
