About the Role CureAble is looking for a polite, presentable and organised Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients, patients and visitors at the Dwarka centre. You will make sure every person who walks in or calls us has a smooth and welcoming experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients and patients warmly, and guide them to the right person or department.
• Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and transfer or take messages accurately.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling and confirmations.
• Maintain visitor records, client registers and basic data entry in Excel or the system.
• Coordinate with counsellors, therapists and the admin team for daily schedules.
• Follow up with clients on appointments, payments and feedback.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy and professional at all times.
• Handle courier, mail and office supplies, and support basic admin work.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Qualification and Skills

• 12th pass or any graduate (freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good organisation, multitasking and time management.
• Willingness to work on-site at Dwarka Sector 18.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
