Sales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and home demos. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable massage chair models. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly. Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the team for delivery, installation, and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system. Stay updated with product knowledge and company promotions. Represent the brand professionally at the showroom and during customer visits. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in consumer durables, furniture, electronics, or wellness products). Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, along with good Hindi communication skills. Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Customer-centric attitude with a polite and professional approach. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and smartphone skills (WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
