Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will work closely with the Marketing Team to create engaging and performance-driven visual content for our e-commerce website, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Marketing Team to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into effective visual creatives. Create social media posts, stories, reel covers, and promotional creatives. Design website banners, collection banners, and product launch creatives. Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Design product-focused e-commerce creatives and promotional materials. Edit and enhance product images for online use. Develop creative concepts for campaigns, offers, festivals, and new product launches. Maintain consistency with Sprig’s brand identity across all marketing channels. Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats. Manage multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines. Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Good knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours, and visual hierarchy. Understanding of social media and digital marketing creative requirements. Basic video/reel editing skills are an added advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the marketing team.
