Restaurant Captain / Waiter

Captain – Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the stewarding team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Handle customer service, take orders, resolve customer concerns, and maintain service quality. Allocate tables/tasks to staff and ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper service standards. Steward – Job Responsibilities 4. Greet customers, take food orders, and serve food and beverages promptly. 5. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations. 6. Assist the Captain and team with daily restaurant operations and ensure good customer service.
