Interior Designer

Design Leadership & Strategy Project & Team Management Lead the visual and functional design direction for all commercial projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client goals, and industry standards. Conceptualize space planning, material palettes, lighting design, furniture specification (FF&E), and custom millwork detailing. Present design concepts, 3D renderings, and mood boards to key stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership. Oversee interior design teams, junior designers, drafters, and external consultants (MEP engineers, architects, lighting specialists). Manage project workflows, schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Direct the creation of detailed schematic designs, design development packages, and construction documentation (CDs).
