Position: Assistant Company Secretary
Qualification : CS Drop out also welcome
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
Annual Salary (CTC): ₹ [Insert Agreed Salary, between 2,04,000 and 2,64,000] per annum Core Responsibilities
Manage routine corporate secretarial and compliance tasks for Private Limited Companies and LLPs under senior guidance.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation under the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board, General, and Annual General Meetings.
File required forms, annual returns, and periodic compliance documents on the MCA portal.
Handle incorporations, registrations, trademark applications, and MSME/Shop & Establishment filings.
