Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Italian as per required standards. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control. Handle daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Manage ingredients, minimize wastage, and maintain proper stock levels. Assist in menu preparation and introduce new dishes when required. Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Requirements Prior professional experience as a Chef is mandatory. Strong hands-on experience in Italian . Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Candidates who can independently handle the required cuisines will be preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month , based on experience and skills. Experienced candidates only.
