SEO Executive | SEO, AEO & Growth Marketing Company: Nextbase Solutions Experience: 2+ years Salary: Rs. 15,000–40,000 per month Job type: Full-time, office-based ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Executive with a growth-marketing mindset who can take a product from zero to users. You should enjoy building, testing, and figuring out what actually drives discovery, acquisition, and growth. This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You’ll work across search, content, communities, distribution, and AI-powered automation to build scalable marketing systems. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON • SEO and technical SEO: Identify opportunities, improve search visibility, and solve technical issues affecting organic growth. • Content and programmatic SEO: Create useful, search-driven content and build scalable approaches to reaching relevant audiences. • AEO/GEO and AI-driven search: Improve discoverability across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search experiences. • Community-led growth: Build meaningful engagement across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant communities. • Creative acquisition: Explore partnerships, referrals, directories, PR, outreach, and unconventional growth channels. • Product-led growth and content distribution: Connect product value with the right audiences and make sure content reaches people, not just gets published. • AI and automation: Build repeatable workflows that make research, content, outreach, and experimentation more efficient. • Rapid experimentation: Test ideas, measure results, learn quickly, and scale what works. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of relevant experience in SEO, digital marketing, or growth marketing. • Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and organic acquisition. • Familiarity with AEO/GEO and how AI-driven search is changing discovery. • A hands-on approach to AI tools, automation, and marketing systems. • The ability to work independently, take ownership, and turn ideas into measurable outcomes. • Examples of products, websites, campaigns, or communities you’ve actually helped grow.
