Position: Customer Support executive Location: Sector 57, Noida Process: Traya = E-commerce / D2C Customer Support Process. Process: (Inbound Voice process)* Roles and responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries. Resolve customer queries through Voice process. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers. Eligibility: • Freshers & Experienced Candidates • Graduates & Undergraduates – Both Eligible • Fluent English Communication Mandatory Salary: Freshers: ₹19,000 In-Hand Experienced: ₹21,000 In-Hand Shift & Working Days : 6 Days Week Off: One day rotational Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Duration: Any 9 Hours within the shift window Break: 1 Hour Immediate Joiners Preferred
