Position- Loan Officer (Telecallers) The Job Description and Skillset required for the position is as below: Qualification: Graduate Experience: 0- 2 Years/ Prior Mortgage experience would be an added advantage Basic responsibility: Telecalling Skill Set Required:  Good communication skills- bilingual  Pleasant Voice  Decisions making skills  Proactive & Extrovert  Responsible  Adaptable  Good Listening skills  Willingness to address huge volume of calls, approximately 100 calls a day.
