- Preparation and filing of GST returns, including reconciliation of books with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B.• Preparation and filing of TDS returns and ensuring timely deduction and deposit of TDS.• Verification and processing of employee salary, wages, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.• Checking, verification, Customer bills, expense bills, and vendor invoices• Maintaining books of accounts and ensuring all accounting entries are recorded accurately.• Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable• Bank reconciliation and verification of all banking transactions.• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.• Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other government liabilities• Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and government departments.• Identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
