Generate new leads through various channels, including calls, references, online platforms, and networking. • Identify potential clients and understand their real estate requirements. • Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Arrange and conduct property meetings/site visits with prospective clients. • Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients. • Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful transactions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activities
