- Independently manage complete exhibition stand production and execution.
- Coordinate with factories, carpenters, painters, electricians/lightmen and other vendors.
- Order and arrange materials required for production and site execution.
- Maintain records of materials, purchases and production requirements.
- Coordinate transportation, loading/unloading and material movement.
- Monitor fabrication quality, timelines and costs.
- Coordinate onsite installation, execution and dismantling.
- Resolve production and onsite issues to ensure timely completion.
