Telesales Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Telesales Executive to connect with existing customers, generate service appointments, promote vehicle maintenance services, and improve customer retention. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Service Advisors. Follow up with customers for pending services and vehicle maintenance requirements. Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and value-added services. Contact customers with overdue services to encourage repeat visits. Maintain customer call records, appointment details, and follow-up updates in the system. Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups. Achieve assigned calling targets and service appointment conversion goals. Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
