Business Development Executive : Tele-Calling / Inside Sales

Rudra Ventures is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves speaking with potential business clients, understanding their requirements, and introducing them to our business, tax, compliance, accounting, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls per day as per target.

Speak with business owners and decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.

Generate and qualify leads.

Follow up with leads and quotations.

Maintain call records in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the internal team for client conversion and service delivery.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales/tele-calling experience preferred.

Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
