Assist the electro polishing operator in daily production activities.

Load and unload components on fixtures, racks, or baskets as instructed.

Clean, rinse, and dry components according to the approved work instructions.

Handle components carefully to prevent scratches, dents, contamination, or damage.

Check components visually for visible defects and report abnormalities to the supervisor.

Maintain proper identification and traceability of components and batches.

Ensure components are transferred to the next process using the designated trays or containers.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the electro polishing area.

Follow safety instructions while working near chemical tanks, electrical equipment, and wet surfaces.

Use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed.

Inform the operator or supervisor about chemical spills, leakage, equipment abnormalities, or unsafe conditions.

Follow company procedures, quality requirements, and applicable safety rules.

Assist in maintaining production records and completing checklists as assigned.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
