Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Order Management Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree required

Key Responsibilities

Manage orders and operations on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces

Process orders, coordinate packing, dispatch and delivery tracking

Monitor pending, cancelled, returned and delayed orders

Handle customer/client queries and coordinate for timely resolution

Maintain accurate order, inventory and dispatch records

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams

Prepare and maintain SOPs and operational processes

Track daily performance, order status and marketplace-related issues

Ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment

Identify operational issues and follow up until closure

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree is required

Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub preferred

full knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple orders/tasks accurately

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
