About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing agency and create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.

Create engaging edits with strong hooks, cuts, transitions, captions and sound effects.

Add subtitles, text animations, B-roll and suitable music.

Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across content.

Edit videos according to scripts, references and client requirements.

Work on multiple client accounts across different industries.

Keep up with current social media editing trends and formats.

Deliver projects within agreed deadlines.

Take feedback and make revisions when required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects or similar tools.

Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.

Sense of timing, storytelling and visual composition.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and experiment with new editing styles.

Preferred Skills

Motion graphics and text animation.

Color correction/grading.

Sound design.

Experience editing talking-head videos, product videos and UGC content.

Knowledge of social media trends.
