Key Responsibilities

Vouching & Pre-Audit

Verify accounting entries, invoices, supporting documents and approvals; review transactions before processing.

Functional Audit

Review business processes, assess internal controls, identify gaps and suggest improvement areas.

Payment Audit

Check vendor bills, payment terms and authorisations; identify duplicate or unsupported payments.

TDS & GST Reconciliation

Reconcile ledgers with returns and supporting records; review tax deductions, credits and discrepancies.

Audit Reporting & Follow-up

Prepare working papers, document audit findings and follow up on agreed corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

Strong accounting fundamentals

Working knowledge of MS Excel

Knowledge of accounting software

Good attention to detail

Clear communication skills

Disciplined follow-up and ownership of assigned work
