About this job

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive to promote and sell pilgrimage packages, handle customer inquiries, and generate business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.

Explain Hajj & Umrah packages, pricing, and travel arrangements.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Good communication and sales skills.

Experience in Hajj & Umrah or travel package sales preferred.

Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Urdu is an advantage.

Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
