Job Description

We are hiring Graduate Telecalling Executives for appointment booking work at KGMU, Lucknow. The selected candidates will handle incoming calls, communicate with callers, and assist them with appointment booking as per the assigned process.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should be comfortable speaking on the phone and must have their own laptop.

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls from customers or patients.

Assist callers with appointment booking and scheduling.

Provide basic information related to the appointment process.

Maintain appointment records and update details on the system.

Communicate politely and professionally with callers.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Own laptop is mandatory.

Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.

Good Hindi communication skills.

Responsible and professional attitude.

Salary & Working Schedule

Monthly salary

₹8,000–₹10,000.

8 hours of work per day.

Sunday weekly off.
