About the Role

3Wheels.AI is looking for a Data Collection Vendor to support its data acquisition initiatives by identifying, sourcing, and coordinating with external vendors and data providers to collect high-quality and relevant datasets.

The role involves vendor identification, communication, coordination, relationship management, and ensuring timely and accurate data collection as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source potential data vendors and external data providers.

Coordinate with vendors to understand and fulfill data collection requirements.

Conduct discussions and business meetings with vendors and external partners.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand project-specific data requirements.

Ensure timely collection and delivery of required datasets.

Evaluate vendors based on data quality, relevance, reliability, and requirements.

Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for efficient and cost-effective data procurement.

Maintain proper documentation and records of vendor interactions and data collection activities.

Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve the overall vendor sourcing and data collection process.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong coordination and relationship-building abilities.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and adaptable approach.

Basic understanding of data, operations, procurement, or vendor management is a plus.

Comfortable working in an onsite environment in Lucknow.

Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings or vendor interactions.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
