Sales Executive

Woman Daker is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, product/service promotion, client follow-ups, relationship management, order coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Promote and sell company products/services.

Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Handle customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert leads into customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents when required.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports.

Participate in team meetings and sales reviews.

Support business development and other sales activities as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable with both field and office-based work.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Valid driving licence preferred.
