Retail Sales Assistant

Deliver a premium customer experience and build strong relationships with customers.

Welcome customers and understand their needs, preferences, and requirements.

Assist customers throughout their store journey and provide personalised product support.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Follow up with customers through calls and messages to drive repeat visits and customer engagement.

Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM/customer databases regularly.

Support the sales team in achieving sales, conversion, and customer service targets.

Inform customers about new products, offers, promotions, and store activities.

Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Maintain high standards of customer service, grooming, and store etiquette.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and maintaining customer records.

Well-groomed, confident, and able to work in a premium retail environment.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
