Job Description

SONPRIYA AGRO PROCESSING PVT. LTD., under the brand RASORA FOODS, is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of spices and FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail shops, grocery stores, and other potential customers regularly.

Generate sales orders and develop strong relationships with retailers.

Identify and onboard new retailers and expand the company's market presence.

Promote company products and explain product features to customers.

Ensure product availability and improve product visibility in the market.

Achieve monthly sales targets and increase sales in the assigned territory.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Submit daily sales and visit reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements

FMCG, food products, or spices sales experience will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.

Sales Territory

The sales area will be assigned based on the candidate's residential location. Candidates from different cities and local areas can apply. Preference will be given to assigning a suitable nearby sales territory wherever possible.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary of ₹15,000 per month.

Higher salary based on relevant experience and skills.

Additional sales commission and performance-based incentives.
