Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with company policies. The candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate stock records, and smooth coordination with procurement and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and material flow

Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, stock levels)

Supervise store staff and assign duties

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials

Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments

Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations

Maintain store documentation and ERP entries

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as Store Manager or Store Executive

Knowledge of inventory control and store procedures

Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP)

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to manage staff and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline

Experience in industrial / warehouse / factory stores preferred
