Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering
- Translating business requirements into detailed functional specs for smart contracts and blockchain applications.
- Use Case Identification
- Evaluating, identifying, and proposing blockchain use cases, such as in DeFi, NFTs, or L2/ZK rollups.
- Documentation
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including user stories, process models, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitating communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical developers (QA, devs).
- Risk & Regulatory Assessment
- Evaluating risks related to smart contract security and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
- Project Management
- Supporting project management via agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Key Requirements & SkillsExperience: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, typically with 1-3+ years focused in blockchain, Web3, or Fintech environments.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot), distributed ledger technologies (DLT), and smart contract development workflows.
- Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient blockchain solutions.
Tools: Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, JIRA, and diagramming tools.Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
