Job Summary

Landmark Prime is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling property site visits.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain real estate projects, properties, locations, pricing, offers, and available options.
• Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain real estate leads.
• Follow up with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convince and motivate interested customers to schedule property site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and site-visit appointments.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and customer responses.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide timely information.
• Follow up with customers until the lead is successfully converted or closed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate, telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi/Bengali/English.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a sales-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary \& Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
