Key Responsibilities
Sales Closing: Contact inbound/outbound B2B and B2C leads to pitch IT, Web, and Digital solutions and close deals directly over the phone.
- Pipeline Management
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles—prospecting, pitch presentation, objection handling, and final closing.
- Revenue Generation
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets to earn uncapped performance incentives.
- CRM Operations
- Maintain daily outreach records, call updates, and deal pipelines in CRM/MS Excel.
Qualifications \& Skills
- Experience
- 1–3 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, or Software Sales.
- Proven Track Record
- Experience in phone-based deal closures and target-driven revenue generation.
- Communication
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Education
- Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Pay
- ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
