Dispatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

• Ensure the timely dispatch.

• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other dispatch-related documents, as applicable.

• Ensure that the dispatched quantity matches the invoice and delivery challan.

• Maintain accurate records of daily dispatches, vehicle details, material quantities, and customer deliveries.

• Maintain dispatch registers, transporter records, and proof of delivery (POD).

• Ensure that all dispatch documents are properly filed and available for audit purposes.

• Verify vehicle details, loading capacity, and relevant documents before loading.

• Monitor vehicle departure and coordinate with transporters regarding delivery status.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
