Sales Executive – Fitness Equipment Showroom

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our fitness equipment showroom in New Town, Kolkata.

The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable fitness equipment for home, commercial gyms, hotels, apartments and other fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
• Explain features, specifications and pricing of fitness equipment.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, deliveries and installations.
• Keep the showroom and product displays presentable.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the sale is completed.

Preferred Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or retail sales preferred.
• Experience in fitness equipment, gym equipment, sports equipment, automobiles, furniture or similar products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
