Online Bidder

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, or similar marketplaces is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, proposal writing, client acquisition, and project coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and handle client interactions professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Should be confident in understanding client requirements, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development projects, or digital solutions will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should possess a proactive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach.
