About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive (CSE) who is patient, confident, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling client queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships through clear communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online channels.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Provide accurate information about company products/services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer service and performance targets.

Requirements

• Experienced professionals in international voice (BPO) minimum 1 year.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, patient, and proactive in approach.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (Monday to Friday).
