Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager with strong expertise in Production and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to manage day-to-day factory operations, improve productivity, optimize resources, and ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end factory operations and production activities.

Plan, monitor, and achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Implement and drive TPM practices to improve equipment efficiency and reduce breakdowns.

Monitor OEE, machine utilization, downtime, wastage, and production costs.Lead production teams, supervisors, and shop-floor manpower.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and HR departments.

Ensure product quality, workplace safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare production reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key

Requirements

4–8 years of relevant experience in Production / Factory Operations is mandatory.

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics \&; Electrical Engineering.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in TPM is mandatory.

Good knowledge of production planning, shop-floor management, OEE, and equipment efficiency.

Strong leadership, manpower management, and problem-solving skills.Experience in the metal recycling industry will be an added advantage.

Candidates must have hands-on production experience; maintenance-only profiles are not suitable.
