Junior Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Final Passed / Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1+ year of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting finance operations, statutory compliance, audits, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Support internal, statutory and tax audits.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review expenses, invoices, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Monitor statutory payment and filing deadlines.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements in finance and accounting processes.

Required Skills

• CA Final Passed / Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum 1+ year of post-qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Knowledge of Ind AS / Accounting Standards.
• Experience with MIS and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Manufacturing, Automotive, IT/ITES, Engineering, Consulting, or other corporate finance environments will be considered.

Pay

Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
