Tandoori Cook

• Tandoor Operations: Safely heat, regulate, and maintain traditional clay tandoor ovens, broilers, and grills to proper cooking temperatures.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori specialties including kebabs, tikkas (chicken, paneer, fish), and grilled items.
• Breads: Make Indian breads from scratch, such as naan, roti, and kulcha.
• Marinades \& Sauces: Prepare spice mixes, yogurts, marinades, and sauces according to restaurant or hotel standard recipes (SOPs).
• Kitchen Coordination: Assist during service, manage mise en place (ingredient prep/portioning), and coordinate with other kitchen sections.
• Hygiene \& Safety: Maintain high standards of food safety, personal hygiene, and clean station upkeeping in compliance with HACCP/hotel guidelines

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
