CDP – SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE

Location: Dhe Puttu, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
• Ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours.
• Maintain proper storage and stock rotation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in South Indian cuisine.
• Good knowledge of South Indian dishes and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.

₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
