Home Care Nurse

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to the care plan.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient condition.
• Administer medications, injections, IV medications/fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tube feeding, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living when necessary.
• Maintain proper infection-control and safety practices.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the doctor, family, or clinical supervisor.
• Maintain accurate patient records, medication charts, and daily nursing reports.
• Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, nutrition, and basic homecare procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals as required.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and arrange medical assistance when necessary.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
