WE ARE HIRING – ENGLISH LANGUAGE & NURSING COMPETENCY TRAINER

Work Locations: Chennai \| Vellore \| Madurai \| Trichy

We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as English Language \& Nursing Competency Trainers. This role is ideal for candidates from a Nursing or Healthcare background who possess strong English communication skills and are interested in training students for international healthcare careers.

Role Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in English language skills and supporting students preparing for international nursing competency exams such as OET, CBT, and Prometric. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned partner colleges as per training schedules

Deliver structured training in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills

Prepare students for OET (Occupational English Test) and other relevant exams

Provide guidance for CBT and Prometric (Nursing Competency Exams)

Conduct mock tests, assessments, and practice sessions

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Develop training materials, worksheets, and assignments

Coordinate with college authorities for scheduling and attendance

Motivate and mentor students to achieve required proficiency levels

Candidate Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel to partner colleges

Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Profile

Nursing or Healthcare professionals (Freshers \& Experienced)

Freshers with a Nursing or Allied Health Sciences background and strong English skills are encouraged to apply

Candidates with knowledge or experience in OET / IELTS / CBT / Prometric will be given priority
