Production Supervisor – Coating.

• Supervise daily coating operations as per production plan
• Ensure targets are achieved within timeline
• Monitor coating parameters and process consistency
• Operate and oversee coating machines (tablet coating / surface coating / film coating as applicable)
• Ensure proper machine setup, changeover, and cleaning
• Minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Ensure coating quality meets specifications (thickness, finish, uniformity)
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks
• Reduce defects, rejection, and rework
• Maintain production records (BMR/BPR, logbooks)
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry
• Handle operators and helpers on the shop floor
• Assign work and monitor performance
• Ensure discipline and adherence to SOPs
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage
• Ensure compliance with GMP / company policies
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Stores
• Report production status to higher management
