HR Functions

• Recruitment and talent Acquisition for Sales, Marketing, Production and Administrative roles

• Employee On boarding,training,and Development

• Performance management and appraisal process

• Employee engagement and culture building

• HR compliance and policy management

Admin Functions

• Office administration and Facilities management

• Vendor Management and procurement

• Vehicle Management

• Compliance with regulatory requirements

• Ensuring security and confidentiality protocols

• Hostel and mess Management

Key skills required

• Strong HR and Admin expertise

• Understanding of Jewellery Industry Dynamics

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

Language: Tamil, English \& Hindi (Must)

Salary Package 40 k to 70 K
