Electrical Maintenance Technician

Onsite Expertise

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers through on-site or remotely for Installation of Industrial Controllers

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of products and equipment.

• Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install company products at customer factories.

• Configuration of our product with Client machines.

• Configuring hardware and software for our clients.

• Having strong ability to analyze and resolve electrical and software issues.

• Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service.

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a Machine related Electrical work

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
