HVAC Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily HVAC installation and site activities.

Handle Split AC, VRF/VRV, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Ducting and Piping works.

Coordinate and allocate daily work to technicians and helpers.

Check installation work as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Monitor copper piping, insulation, drainage and ducting works.

Coordinate with clients, contractors and other site teams.

Check materials required for site work and report shortages.

Monitor work quality and ensure proper installation practices.

Conduct site inspections and update work progress to the management.

Ensure site safety and maintain proper housekeeping.

Prepare daily site progress reports.

Troubleshoot basic site-related HVAC issues and coordinate for solutions.

Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
