Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable project or product information.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and schedule site visits or client meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer databases, track leads, and prepare regular pre-sales activity reports.
