Tele Calling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment booking and follow-up.
• Attend incoming calls and provide basic information about hospital services.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, and consultations.
• Inform patients about doctors' availability and consultation timings.
• Maintain daily call records and patient follow-up details.
• Contact patients for feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and concerned departments.
• Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect personal information.
• Achieve assigned calling targets and submit daily reports.
